The City of Pearland is reporting that, due to current extremely hot and dry conditions, the city's water system has been operating at approximately 75% of capacity for over a week.
Assistant City Manager Jon Branson said that, according to the City's Drought Contingency Plan, when the system operates at 80% of capacity for three consecutive days, the City may need to go to Stage 2 of the plan, which would entail a mandatory reduction in usage following the same guidelines listed below.

If you are looking for a sports bar atmosphere and food with that theme this is not the place to go. There are much better places in Pearland to go. ...
